Cant get a free trial if you have used another DVDs365 powered site.

• Hard to search or look for dvds on site, search doesnt allow you to search by date or ratings.
  
•  With series e.g. 24 Series boxset dvds can be selected 1 at time, intsead of the whole box set, as most others force you select the whole set.

 N.B. they require 3 days notice to process cancellation.
To cancel you have email Customer Service you cant do through online account.
