Do I need to do anything else?

Just make sure you've added at least 10 unique available titles to your selection, and we'll do the rest. You should also prioritise the titles according to which ones you want to receive first. To prioritise the titles, go to the 'My selection' section of the website

Once your account is activated, we'll email you to confirm and rush your first 3 DVDs to you as soon as we can. Our dispatching cut-off time is usually 12-noon, so if your account is activated by then your first dispatches will go out that same day. We'll send you an email with details of each DVD that we send, telling you which DVDs we've posted to you.

When will I receive my first DVDs?

We send DVDs out in first-class post, which usually arrives on the next business day, but can take up to four working days. So once you've received our email notifying you that we've dispatched a specific DVD, look out for it over the next couple of days.

Why have you only sent 1 or 2 DVDs not 3?

We sometimes can't send all 3 DVDs in the first day, and will send 1 (or, rarely, 2) DVDs out the next day instead. If this has happened to you, please look out for additional dispatches the following day.
