• There are no due dates and no late fees – members simply keep the DVDs as long as they want.

• To check the date when trial runs out :
  
  Go to Your Video island Account -> Service Status  it should say: "Your current deal allows you to have up to 3 DVDs out at any time. You are on the Introductory offer - first 2 weeks free, which concludes on ??/??/2004. "
  
  
• To cancel : 
  Go to Your Video island Account -> Cancel your account and click on a reason but you have to have returned dvds first. see page 3 for more on this.
  
  
• Rental List has a priority System : A.S.A.P / Normal / Whenever
  to see your list clearly if selecting multiple discs from a series e.g. 24 you can click collapse series and multi-disc dvds to only show next title.
  
• Useful feature if your struggling to think of what dvd to rent "Lucky Dip" Generates a random list of movies and you can optionally specify the genre and classification.
  
  
• Unlike other companies there mailer also has an inlay which has a description of film, others just normally have film length on dvd. See page to for a picture of this.
